性能用途：
工業(yè)常采用焚燒處理危廢，而采用急冷塔降低煙氣溫度；把高含鹽廢水做急冷水，對整個焚燒處理影響較小，同時可以降低企業(yè)處理高含鹽廢水處理成本。高含鹽廢水，成份比較復雜，體系鈣鎂離子有機物含量比較高，在利于煙氣余熱蒸發(fā)濃縮過程中，就不可避免結垢及鹽灰雜質(zhì)板結，影響整個系統(tǒng)運轉周期。
SGR1109，是一款針對高鹽高溫濃縮系統(tǒng)易于結垢與板結而開發(fā)的專用處理助劑；主要由大分子螯合分散劑、難溶鹽表面改良劑等物質(zhì)組成。SGR-1109，通過改變無機鹽晶核形成與增長過程而達到使用目的；液體產(chǎn)品，不含易燃化學物質(zhì)，環(huán)保安全。獨特配方結構，耐高鹽高硬度高溫，分散與晶格修辭效果明顯，性能卓越。
SGR1109，也可以用來抑制廢水蒸發(fā)濃縮結晶阻垢分散劑。
使用方法：
在待處理廢水進入急冷塔之前一定距離引入系統(tǒng)，能使藥劑同高鹽廢水充分混合；藥劑一般通過計量泵引入系統(tǒng)，每立方待處理液體SGR-1109合適的添加量為400.0-800.0g，具體用量根據(jù)廢水水質(zhì)與設備運轉狀況決定。
包裝貯運：
用25kg、200 kg、1000kg塑料桶包裝，存放于陰涼干燥處，貯存期十二個月，搬運時小心輕放，防止撞擊。

usage method:
